A Drama Queen

A drama queen is an overly dramatic person. Someone who turns something unimportant into a major deal. Someone who blows things way out of proportion when ever the chance is given. Or a girl who boo hoo's and ba ha's about all the shit in her life that's going on claiming "Too much drama" but in reality brings it all on herself.

Have you ever noticed how some people just seem to have so much drama in their lives? Or are you such as a drama queen?

Here are the reasons why a person may create so much drama in their life:
1. Boredom --- This is probably one of the main reasons why drama queens behave the way they do – they are simply bored! Creating drama and a scene makes them feel that something interesting is going to happen. There may be an underlying insecurity and their drama a distraction, so no one can ever see just how vulnerable and hopeless they feel.

2. Family background --- If the television soap operas and reality shows are anything to go by, most people have really challenging lives with a wide range of family and relationship conflicts, work problems and health issues.

3. Seeking sympathy --- This is a classic trait of a drama queen – just look at poor me! They are often seen looking very sad and down. Their story goes like this – I have had such a bad life, please feel sorry for me.

4. Manipulation of others --- Manipulation and taking advantage of others goes with the seeking of sympathy. “Now that I have got you feeling sorry for me, of course you must rescue me. And I am in so much trouble and pain, you just have to take care of me!”

5. Seeking attention --- Since drama queens usually have low self-esteem and believe that they will not be noticed, complaining about their lot is their best perceived way of getting that attention. Sadly it actually works the other way around – they end up making a negative impression.

6. Wanting to belong --- Along with the seeking of attention comes the desire for a sense of belonging. By behaving in a certain way they seek acceptance by their peer group, without realising that their behaviour actually alienates them. They might be accepted in a group simply because that’s the most bearable option and avoids any histrionics of being rejected.

7. Getting a high --- Finally, some people might even enjoy spreading drama as they get an adrenaline rush. They get their kicks by creating a furore all around them – and they genuinely enjoy it. Who needs drugs, sex and rock & roll when you can be a drama queen?!

Conclusion : Stop it, get bored and find some happiness.
The key thing is this – being a drama queen may be fun, but it’s not a happy place to be in.

Why Women Over 30 Are Sexy?

Here are just a few reasons why:
A woman over 30 will never wake you in the middle of the night to ask, "What are you thinking?" She doesn't care what you think. If a woman over 30 doesn't want to watch the game, she doesn't sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do. And, it's usually something more interesting.

A woman over 30 knows herself well enough to be assured in who she is, what she is, what she wants and from whom. Few women past the age of 30 give a hoot what you might think about her or what she's doing.

Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it's like to be unappreciated.

A woman over 30 has the self-assurance to introduce you to her women friends. A younger woman with a man will often ignore even her best friend because she doesn't trust the guy with other women.

Women over 30 couldn't care less if you're attracted to her friends because she knows her friends won't betray her. Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to a woman over 30. They always know.

A woman over 30 looks good wearing bright red lipstick. This is not true of younger women. Once you get past a wrinkle or two, a woman over 30 is far sexier than her younger counterpart. Older women are forthright and honest. They'll tell you right off if you are a jerk or if you are acting like one!

** For all you 20-somethings who are reading, hope you know this is not meant to alienate you; the assumption here is that you've got the natural beauty of youth on your side. And actually think the guy friends have a few insights that apply generally to what's sexy, that would be interesting for women of all ages.

For the Broken Hearted

This is for the broken hearted. I know how you feel. Empty, betrayed, and no happiness whatsoever. You don't want to laugh, because you know it's not going to help, but you don't want to cry, because it will just make you feel worse. You feel like your heart is falling apart, but not only that, but you know soon your life is going to feel like it's falling apart too. You don't think it will ever end, and no matter what this person has done to you, it feels impossible to stop loving them. And everyone wonders why if they have hurt you so much, then why do you still love them. That's the confusing part, you don't know why, you just do, and the people who hurt you the most, and normally the ones you love the most.

And then, after a few weeks, you finally feel a sense of relief, like you're getting happy again, but you know inside that you're just going into denial. And after a few more weeks, you're back to where you were an empty soul and teary eyes. You thought you got over them, but really, you just stopped showing it. And you can't help but to show it again. It leaves deep scars on your heart that are there forever. And no one understands how you feel, and how deep you are hurt, no matter who they are, because it hasn't happened to them And even if it has, every broken heart is different. They don't know the true pain you feel and carry each and everyday now, so you learn that basically you are alone with all this.

And the feeling starts to overwhelm you, and suddenly you just break down, right there, because you know you've had enough, the tears just instantly start flowing, and you're to the point where you don't care who see's. Because you've spent so many nights lying awake in bed, and so many days being haunted by the scars and fear of rejection. And in the midst of all these tears, you know that its not helping any, and it's not going to bring them back, if you ever even had them in the first place. After about a million tears have been cried, you finally pull yourself back together and keep going.

Your throat starts to clench and your eyes burn with the tears you are trying to hold back. Everyone says, "It will be okay…” But you know it won't. And that’s the truth, it won’t. And you look back on all of the hurt you had from this, and you realize that people are horrible. You're still hurt, but you've learned to hide it so that everyone thinks you are okay.

So now every time you see this person, you know you still love them, and you feel a slight tingle in your heart yearning for them to love you, screaming out, but for some reason they don't hear it. And then you sit back and wonder how one person could have caused all of this...

Laughter is the Best Medicine

A good hearty laugh will make us feel good for a long time. That´s why we tell jokes. Laughter is the best medicine in your ordinary day too: with humor you may find a whole new way of looking at your life. Find solutions you might not have thought of before.

Sometimes we take life way too seriously. We have been taught to run through our lives with such a speed we have no time to laugh. When we are able to laugh, we are in touch with life´s goodness. We feel life has a purpose.

If you are down, laughing aloud may seem impossible. You may even look at laughing people and feel they are inconsiderate and loud. But if you are one of the laughing group, you´d never think that. You enjoy laughing too much

A personal tragedy - the loss of someone you love, for example, may cause this. Then you´d better not try to jump right from sadness to joy. You usually can´t. Still many people think they should be able to "snap out" of their blue mood. And when they can´t do it immediately, they feel guilty, maybe even panic. And just you try to laugh then...

Remember you are no machine, you are a living, delicate soul. You have a right not to laugh if you so feel. It is ok. Don't force yourself. Laughter will come when you are ready.

Loving and Losing

To love and to lose is one of the biggest tragedies in life, yet one fails to see the blessing in the loss. We lose for many reasons - a death, a divorce, a broken friendship and the end of a relationship. In that moment, we feel our life has come to an end. How are we to go on? A piece of your soul is taken leaving an empty hole in your heart.

The question of "WHY ME" repeats in your mind but as the beauty of time progresses, we see the answer. Loss makes us stronger and wiser. A loss helps us to appreciate even the smallest, insignificant things in life. Our hearts become softer and full of even more love than we had to begin with. A loss helps us to see that we can't do it alone, that we need faith and hope to get us through. We learn the mercy and grace of God.

When the grieving and the healing have taken their course, we are renewed, ready to begin a new chapter in our lives with a whole new outlook and attitude. Only then are we able to appreciate the lesson learned through that loss. One never forgets those we lost, but we do learn to let go. We learn to keep living even though we don't want to. We learn to treasure each moment and each person. In turn, losses make our lives a lot richer.

To love and lose is a tragedy, but it's not the end of our lives. It's part of our journey.

The Mirror

The good you find in others, is in you too.
The faults you find in others, are your faults as well.
After all, to recognize something you must know it.
The possibilities you see in others are possible for you as well.

The beauty you see around you, is your beauty.
The world around you is a reflection, A mirror showing you the person you are.

To change your world, you must change yourself.
To blame and complain will only make matters worse.
Whatever you care about, is your responsibility.
What you see in others, shows you yourself.

See the best in others, and you will be your best.
Give to others, and you give to yourself.
Appreciate beauty, and you will be beautiful.
Admire creativity, and you will be creative.

Love, and you will be loved. Seek to understand, and you will be understood.
Listen, and your voice will be heard. Teach, and you will learn.
Show your best face to the mirror, And you'll be happy with the face looking back at you.

A Reason, a Season or a Lifetime

People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.
When you figure out which one it is, you will know what to do for each person.

When someone is in your life for a REASON . . .
It is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a Godsend, and they are! They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrong doing on your part, or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.

Sometimes they die....
Sometimes they walk away....
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand....

What we must realise is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered. And now it is time to move on.

When people come into your life for a SEASON . . .
Because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They bring you an experience of peace, or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person, and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Love Their Beauty

REAL GLAMOUR AND BEAUTY IS NOT JUST MASCARA, CHANEL NO. 5, PERFUME AND PERFECT LIPGLOSS. IT'S BEING A ROLE MODEL, BEING BEAUTIFUL ON THE INSIDE AND CARING MORE ABOUT OTHERS THAN YOU DO YOURSELF.

Audrey Hepburn Quotes:
*For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise,  walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.
*Happy girls are the prettiest.

*Beauty is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical. --Sophia Loren--
* Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it. --Confucius--
*Some people, no matter how old they get, never lose their beauty - they merely move it from their faces into  their hearts. --Martin Buxbaum--
*Beauty equals confidence. You can be the prettiest woman on the planet but if you are not confident its not going to matter what reflection you see in the mirror.--Ross Burton--

Homeless Chic Look

Homeless Chic is a style of clothing worn by students, beggars or other people on low income who wear the same clothes for an extended period of time, by the end of which their toes are sticking out their shoes and moths fly out their armpits.

Homeless Chic inspired by the image of people living on the street that exhibit a unique sense of personal style. The celebrities who very famous with homeless look is Mary Kate - Ashley Olsen. The explained the reason to wear this clothes is the lazziness, cold weather and protect against from paparazzi. Well I guess whatever their reason for this, they are still look cool to war homeless chic clothing :)

I don't really wear Homeless Chic clothing for daily. I prefer to wear simple and nice clothes. But for me, Homeless Chic style is a unique fashion. Sometimes I wear this clothing as well. The reason I did not wear Homeless Chic clothes often caused of the weather where I live is very hot. This kind of clothing is no good to wear it here, it's gonna make me warm and sweating.

A True Soulmate

"People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that's what everyone wants. But a true soul mate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life.

A true soul mate is probably the most important person you'll ever meet, because they tear down your walls and smack you awake. But to live with a soul mate forever? Nah..... Too painful. Soul mates, they come into your life just to reveal another layer of yourself to you, and then leave.

A soul mates purpose is to shake you up, tear apart your ego a little bit, show you your obstacles and addictions, break your heart open so new light can get in, make you so desperate and out of control that you have to transform your life, then introduce you to your spiritual master..."

Norma Jeane

Marilyn Monroe, she was born as Norma Jeane on June 1st, 1926

She has one of the most recognized faces in the world. Until today Marilyn Monroe is still a household name. Her trademark platinum hair and beauty mark. Marilyn Monroe is an icon, a legend. Who was this luminous woman, this glamorous star? Behind the glitter and the smiles, who was the woman who made it all possible?

Even though her mother Gladys  has failed to taking care of her, Marilyn always spoke of her with the deepest respect and gratitude.
On August 4th, 1962, Marilyn Monroe left this world. She left behind many unanswered questions and many shocked and saddened friends, family and fans around the world.
One of the last things Marilyn Monroe said to her friends and photographer George Barris only day before she died was this: "As far I am concerned, the happy time of my life now. There is a future and I can't wait to get it".
My favorite of her quotes:
I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.
If you're gonna be two-faced at least make one of them pretty.
I am good, but not an angel. I do sin, but I am not the devil. I am just a small girl in a big world trying to find someone to love.
I restore myself when I'm alone

Falling in Love with Olsen Twins

I honestly in love and admire their style! Their hair, make up, shoes, dress, bag and accessories. Both sisters wear these simple styles perfectly. They are modern fashion icon. Both Ashely and Mary Kate always have luxurious bags, footwear and glasses. They never look cheap and their style so unique.

The Olsen twins brought attention and popularity to “BOHEMIAN CHIC” style in the USA in 2004 - 2005. BOHO CHIC is a combination of VINTAGE and HIPPIE inspired clothing. The style is represented by oversized flowy skirts or sweaters, leggings, cowboy boots, beanies, cropped jackets, headbands, oversized purses and sunglasses, and fur garments.

I think they deserve the top spot on VOGUE BEST DRESSED 2011.

Nail Art

I like to polish my nail so much, sometimes confuse to choice which colour I want to use it on my nails! I think a woman with nail polish on her fingers are look sexy, beside your feet and hand will look cleaner and brighter with it. But I realize that my feet nails are a bit damaged already caused of nail polish. I like to use it since 14 years ago and it always on there all the time. I feel something missing if I don't use nail polish on my feet nails :D  Sometimes I took a break to not use it for a week to make my nails breath for a while. Most of the time I did manicure and pedicure by my self. I have a complete stuffs for that. And I will go to salon when I feel so lazy or tired to do it, but it is very a few time. You can see some of the pictures of my nail with polish :)
